Upon any termination of the Terms of Use by either you or ShadeApart, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms of Use or otherwise. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. How are items packaged? We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. What is the range of locations to which ShadeApart ships their products? ShadeApart ships throughout India! My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it? After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section. You can also choose to receive your order updates on WhatsApp. What is the estimated delivery time? We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, in case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. India shipping charges - A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.299, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.299. We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders Does ShadeApart ship outside India? At present ShadeApart ships only within India. Cancellation and Return Policy Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivery in India): If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes : Returns & Exchanges All Shade Apart products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if: Order was damaged in transit. Order was Incorrect. If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn and the barcode attached with the product should be intact. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from date of issuance. NOTIFY If you wish to make a return or exchange you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You can go on the link and submit your return/exchange request by filling the form. APPROVAL Once we receive the request, it is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return. REVERSE PICK-UP Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up. What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order? Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation. Returns, Replacements and Refunds How do I return an item purchased on ShadeApart? Indian Orders: ShadeApart offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 15 days of its delivery.
